Today is Sunday and we need some extra treat. Why not, once a week we can eat a little sweet (maybe more but I try to follow a healthy life style). What about caramel? When I was a child I made it with my mom. My favorite was the sugar and milk combination.
Caramel is a beige to dark-brown confectionery product made by heating a variety of sugars. It can be used as a flavoring in puddings and desserts, as a filling in bonbons, or as a topping for ice cream and custard.
